All participants will receive encouragement, prizes, and the chance to shine in a supportive, confidence-building environment.

JOIN US FOR AN ENGAGING AFTERNOON TO LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS, SERVICES, AND THE HEART BEHIND THE WORK WE DO FOR YOUTH AND FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY.

This month, we’re equipping our youth with practical wellness skills they can apply throughout winter and beyond. Our goal is to help them develop lifelong habits that build balance, emotional resilience, accountability and lasting inner peace in every season of life.

Our kids will volunteer their time at a local organization, making a tangible impact in the community while learning the value of service. Location TBD.

Safe spaces for kids, 4-17, to explore mental wellness, express their creativity, and grow in community. This month, we’re engaging in uplifting activities that help kids recognize the blessings around them and within them.

We’ll close the month with a second Hangout full of interactive lessons, crafts, and reflections on the Lord’s Prayer— helping youth anchor the skills they’ve learned all month.

Our first October Hangout dives into Perfect Peace. Youth will participate in explosive experiments, team-building games, and faith-based discussions to help them regulate emotions, practice mindfulness, and build confidence.

Catch us on October 4th at the Southwest Michigan Airport! Stop by our table for fun, creative activities, games, and resources centered around strengthening the mental health of our youth.

We won’t have a Grounded Hangout on September 27 because we’ll be joining the Spelling Bee at our home church, Bethel CRC.

This is a great chance for our kids to challenge themselves, grow and see who can spell the most words correctly!👀

We are teaming up with Qdoba to raise money to continue providing free mental health services to the youth and young adults in our communities!
